With a background in health service delivery and clinical governance, she provides advice that ensures safe, effective and evidence-based care. Alyce supports the organisation in maintaining high clinical standards while adapting to the changing needs of older Australians, by integrating best practice

Allan brings expertise in health, safety and risk management to the advisory body, ensuring that in-home services are delivered with the highest levels of care and protection. With significant experience in workplace health and safety and community service settings, he helps design systems that safeguard both staff and clients. Allan is committed to building a culture where safety is an integral part of every service. By focusing on risk awareness, prevention and accountability, he supports the organisation’s goal of providing older Australians with safe, reliable and trusted care at home.

Rory brings extensive experience in policy, governance and strategic planning to the advisory body. Having worked across health, aged care and service delivery, he focuses on building strong organisational frameworks that support safe, effective and sustainable services. Rory provides insight into aligning strategy with practice, helping the organisation remain accountable while preparing for future needs. Through this role, he contributes to ensuring that older Australians can remain safely and independently at home with the right supports in place.
